Job Description:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for English teachers, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of General English and IELTS teachers.
- Coordinate teacher schedules and support class allocation when needed.
- Handle teacher administrative tasks, including data updates, documentation, and reports.
- Prepare and support teacher payroll administration.
- Monitor teacher-related operational needs and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth learning delivery.
- Support initiatives to improve teacher performance and student satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or related fields.
- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, HR administration, or operations (Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident communicating in English, both written and spoken.
- Familiarity with English learning environments or education-related industries is a plus.
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Comfortable working with data, reports, and administrative processes.
- Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
