Deskripsi pekerjaan Talent Acquisition Specialist PT Bobobox Mitra Indonesia
- Coordinate with Talent Acquisition Lead and with all department’s leaders, to identify staffing needs and selection criteria from time to time;
- To manage the recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to interviews process for roles primarily in Tech functions but not limited to non-Tech functions
- Responsible for proactive sourcing of candidates, prescreen qualified & competitive candidates; conducting interviews, following up on meetings, closing all communications, giving recommendations on potential hires, etc
- Manage the recruiting pipeline including determining resources status and needs, participating in recruitment events and sourcing activities, assessing, and managing referral processes
- Assist in hiring for Bobobox Branch Operations team (property pre-opening & mass hiring)
- Ability to manage related stakeholders expectations during the recruitment process and build a strong relationship with them
- Ensure hiring is facilitated and executed properly within the Service Level Agreement (SLA)
- Maintain accurate candidate database and ATS (applicant tracking system)
- Source potential candidates through a variety of channels (Bobobox Career Page, Tech in Asia, LinkedIn, etc)
- Schedule & coordinate the onboarding process for new hires with People & Culture team and related stakeholders
- Create and conduct employer branding initiatives
- Represent Bobobox by attending relevant career fairs / recruitment events
- Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates;
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or similar relevant field
- At least 3 years of Talent Acquisition / Recruitment experience in agency or in-house recruitment experience preferably handling Tech or Engineering roles across all levels in a fast paced / start-up environment
- Solid Tech and industry knowledge with the ability to understand relevant Tech skills, target companies, Tech communities
- In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruiting and employer branding techniques
- Ability to understand, articulate, and sell the organization culture and business initiatives
- Ability to deliver results with little supervision in a start-up, often ambiguous, environment with the capacity to effectively manage multiple requests and candidates simultaneously
- Familiarity with a variety of different selection methods (interviews, assignments, psychological tests etc.)
- Experienced with HRIS, ATS (Applicant Tracking System), Candidates sourcing, Recruiting data, and Recruiting Tools / Platforms
- Independent self-starter in creating sourcing strategies such as talent mapping to build candidate pipeline
- A sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Willing to be based in Bandung
