• Bachelor's degree in human resources management, psychology, or similar, with at least 4 years of experience as talent acquisition, preferable from e-commerce or raw material industry.
• 2-3 years experience in talent acquisition.
• Familiar with psychology tests i.e. MBTI, DISC, etc.
• Native in Bahasa and fluent in English.
• Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems, and the ability to devise sourcing strategies for potential applicants.
• A good team player with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn, re spectful to others.
• Good communication skills, driven and motivated.
• Have a willingness and ability to work with target and deadline.
• Specialist to identify, screen, and hire individuals for various roles in our company.
• Work experience in talent acquisition or similar roles.
• Familiarity with C.V. databases, and professional networks.
• Experience with full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
• Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems.
• Evaluating applications and screening candidates via calls or emails, as well as facilitating pre-interview assessments.
• Developing hiring strategies and procedures in line with industry trends, as well as keeping informed of advancements in the field.
• Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.
• Support all necessary administration relating to the hiring process.
