Job description for Talent Acquisition Specialist at ANOTECH Singapore
Founded in 1988, ALTEN operates in over 25 countries worldwide with ANOTECH Singapore operating since 2015.
In order to support its growing activities in SEA, ANOTECH Singapore is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to be based in Singapore.
Working directly with Business Managers and reporting to the Recruitment Specialist Lead, you will provide recruitment support and play a key role in contributing to the success of the talent acquisition process for multimillion international projects in a growing and dynamic company.
Responsibilities
Talent Sourcing and Identification :
· Interfacing directly with Business Managers in Singapore office
· Searching for suitable CVs on various job-boards/networks and matching these profiles with the needs requested by Clients
· Preparing job ads and processing applications
· Identifying and making proper qualification of potential candidates
· Holding interviews phone and / or physical with selected local and international candidates
· Submitting CVs/profiles to Business Managers in order to match with the Client’s needs
Recruitment Strategy Management :
· Talent data base management
· Talent pipeline creation
· Monitoring CVs placed on different job-board/networks
· Communication campaigns
Requirements
Mandatory :
· You have a Degree or Diploma (preferably in Human Resources/IT background or relevant qualification)
· You have previous experience (at least an internship) in recruitment of engineers
· You speak English fluently
· You are dynamic, rigorous, goal-oriented, autonomous and responsible
Preferable :
· At least 1-3 years of working experience in HR Recruitment/Recruitment Agency
· Experience and knowledge in IT and/or Defense, Security and/or Energy, Life Sciences and/or Transportation
