Manage end-to-end recruitment for Renewable positions. Coordinate with users to analyse workforce needs and qualifications. Conduct sourcing and market mapping via LinkedIn, job portals, and other channels. Build and manage talent pools for technical positions. Oversee the offering process, onboarding, and ensure good candidate experience. Prepare reports and monitor recruitment progress regularly.
Key responsibilities :
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Renewable positions.

Qualification :
- Minimum S1 degree in Psychology, Management, Law, or related field
- 1–2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment.
- Preferred experience recruiting technical positions in the Renewable Energy industry.
- Communicative, able to negotiate, and accustomed to working with targets and deadline.
