Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Recruiter or TA Specialist.
- Proven experience in Corporate Recruitment environments.
- Strong expertise in Mass Hiring / Volume Recruitment.
- Demonstrated success in sourcing and closing Niche / Specialized Positions.
- Willing to be based at our office in Pondok Cabe, Tangerang Selatan.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for corporate, mass, and niche roles.
- Utilize various sourcing channels to attract top-tier talent.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand department needs and job requirements.
