Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive and resourceful Talent Acquisition Senior Staff who is fluent in Mandarin to join our HR team. This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, focusing on attracting top talent for various positions while ensuring alignment with the company’s goals and culture. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of recruitment strategies, and the ability to engage with Mandarin-speaking candidates and stakeholders effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract qualified Mandarin-speaking candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles.
Candidate Engagement:
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of talent for current and future roles.
- Conduct interviews in Mandarin and English to assess candidates’ qualifications and cultural fit.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Stakeholder Management:
- Act as the liaison between hiring managers and candidates, providing regular updates on recruitment progress.
- Work closely with the HR team to align recruitment strategies with business objectives.
Data and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records in the HR system.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve hiring processes.
- Prepare reports on recruitment activities and progress for management.
Compliance and Market Trends:
- Ensure all recruitment practices comply with company policies and labor laws.
- Stay informed about talent market trends, especially for Mandarin-speaking professionals.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment roles.
- Fluency in Mandarin and English, both written and spoken.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and strategies.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and other recruitment tools.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data for decision-making.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Preferred:
- Experience in recruiting for Mandarin-speaking candidates or roles requiring Mandarin proficiency.
- Knowledge of the fintech or technology industry is an advantage.
- Familiarity with local labor laws and regulations.
