About The RoleAs a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be in charge of our internal hiring. You will work to manage strategic candidate pipelining, interviewing and employment processes. You will also manage the recruitment process to ensure the company hires qualified employees to meet the company’s current and future needs.We seek someone who is passionate about helping young people and have a strong knowledge about recruitment. Job Description
- Design and implement an overall recruiting strategy
- Manage strategic candidate pipelining, interviewing and employment processes
- Coordinate and collaborate with Business Lead and Head of Departments to forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department
- Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements
- Provide analytical and well-documented reports to the respective managers and whole HR team
Requirements
- 2-3 years of enterprise in Talent Acquisition
- Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency based, stress etc)
- Hands on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check etc)
- Ability to organise assessment centers (in tray activities, work samples, psychometric and IQ/EQ tests, etc)
- Familiarity with HR Databases, Applicant Tracking Systems and CMS
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong skills in time and job management up to decision making
