This role is ideal for individuals with hands-on recruitment experience who are familiar with the Malaysia job market and have previous experience recruiting candidates in Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience recruiting for the Malaysia market is required
• Familiar with Malaysia-based job portals, candidate sourcing channels, and recruitment practices
• Able to communicate confidently in English for work-related purposes
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field
• Previous experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or a similar role
• Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple recruitment processes
• Currently not engaged in full-time employment
• Willing to use personal work equipment, including a laptop

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for the Malaysia market, from sourcing to candidate placement
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels
• Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate interviews
• Coordinate interviews and recruitment processes with candidates and hiring teams
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
• Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process and ensure a positive candidate experience
• Coordinate with internal teams and relevant stakeholders regarding recruitment requirements and progress
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports
