Position Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment and hiring processes while working in a dynamic and supportive environment. Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Support:
- Assist in posting job advertisements on various platforms, including job boards and social media.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Candidate Engagement:
- Communicate with candidates to provide updates on their application status.
- Help ensure a positive candidate experience by managing timely responses and clear communication.
Administrative Tasks:
- Maintain and update candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or recruitment database.
- Prepare recruitment-related reports and presentations as needed.
- Support the preparation of employment contracts and onboarding materials.
Employer Branding:
- Collaborate with the HR team to develop creative content for recruitment campaigns.
- Assist in organizing and promoting company recruitment events such as job fairs or campus hiring initiatives.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and contribute.
Preferred:
- Experience with social media or online recruitment platforms is a plus.
- Previous internship or part-time experience in HR or recruitment is an advantage.
