Deskripsi pekerjaan Talent Acquisition Intern Relife Property

Responsibilities:

  1. Support end-to-end recruitment processes
  2. Conduct interview administration and assessment support
  3. Create recruitment content for social media and job postings
  4. Support employer branding initiatives, including career events, social media campaigns, campus hiring programs, and recruitment marketing activities.
  5. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external talent communities.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Psychology
  2. Min. 6 months of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or a related role
  3. Support employer branding initiatives, including career events, social media campaigns, campus hiring programs, and recruitment marketing activities.
  4. Proficient in LinkedIn, Jobstreet, and various job platforms, Ms. Office, Canva, Capcut
  5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, creative, proactive, and willing to learn
