Responsibilities:
- Support end-to-end recruitment processes
- Conduct interview administration and assessment support
- Create recruitment content for social media and job postings
- Support employer branding initiatives, including career events, social media campaigns, campus hiring programs, and recruitment marketing activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external talent communities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology
- Min. 6 months of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or a related role
- Support employer branding initiatives, including career events, social media campaigns, campus hiring programs, and recruitment marketing activities.
- Proficient in LinkedIn, Jobstreet, and various job platforms, Ms. Office, Canva, Capcut
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, creative, proactive, and willing to learn
