Job description for Talent Acquisition Intern at Fetch Technology
- Assisting the recruitment function: screen CV, post job advertisements and arrange interviews.
- Preparing for the interviews: book rooms, contact candidates, welcome candidates...
- Working on recruitment projects and tasks as assigned.
- Developing database of candidates to make sure all vacancy is ready to fulfill.
- Coordinating company’s events organized by HR Department.
- Involve in promoting employer branding.
- Other tasks assigned.
- Senior or freshly graduated students in major: Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Office Administration, Economics or related major.
- Interest in working with people, especially IT Recruitment.
- Good communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
- Full skill practices and applications of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email...
- Customer-oriented, friendly, patient, proactive, organized and highly responsible.
- Having networking in IT field is preferred.
- Ability to organize and arrange works.
- Allowance up to 4,000,000 VND/Month.
- Working in a professional, friendly, well-equipped environment both with foreigners and Vietnamese.
- With extensive on-the-job training.
- Opportunity to become Talent Acquisition Executive Official.

- Working Time: From Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 6PM.
