Requirements:
- University student from Psychology field.
Responsibilities:
Acquire the basic mastery of Talent Acquisition area especially in IT business industry in 6 + 6 months program such as:
- Scout and identify top talent using recruitment platforms.
- Conduct Competency-Based Interviews and review psychological test results to evaluate candidates.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to align recruitment goals.
- Extend offers to successful candidates and facilitate the onboarding process.
