Talent Acquisition Intern

Mitra Data Lab is seeking a Talent Acquisition Intern for our client, Pisang Blenger.

About Pisang Blenger:

Pisang Blenger is an F&B retail brand specializing in banana fritters and fried cassava with various toppings. The brand currently operates 30+ outlets across jabodetabek and continues to grow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing outlet candidates through job portals, social media, and other channels.
• Contribute to the selection process, including CV screening, HR interviews, and candidate assessments.
• Maintain talent pools and talent pipelines to ensure an updated database for future hiring.
• Support HR administrative tasks, including employment contracts, attendance, and shift records.
• Work closely with the Operations Division to understand outlet manpower needs.

Qualifications:

• Fresh graduate or final-year undergraduate student from Psychology or Human Resources Management, with no remaining classes.
• Strong interest in Talent Acquisition and eagerness to learn about F&B operations.
• Highly organized with strong time management skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and Canva.
