Responsibilities
- Take an active role in the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to interview coordination and selection.
- Manage recruitment for various positions, including entry-level and experienced roles, based on the company’s hiring needs.
- Source and attract qualified candidates through various recruitment channels, platforms, and networking activities.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and assist in evaluating candidates based on qualifications, skills, and organizational fit.
- Coordinate interview schedules and maintain timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment records to ensure accurate and organized documentation.
- Support the preparation of recruitment-related documents, reports, and recruitment metrics.
- Assist in recruitment events, employer branding activities, and other initiatives to support talent acquisition efforts.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or a related field. Final-semester students with no remaining classes are welcome to apply.
- Energetic, proactive, and fast learner with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Passionate about Talent Acquisition and interested in understanding people and recruitment processes.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple recruitment processes, and meet deadlines effectively.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
