Pajakku is looking for a passionate and driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team and help us attract, engage, and hire top talent. If you have experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes, building strong talent pipelines, and collaborating with stakeholders in a dynamic environment, we'd love to hear from you.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including manpower requisition, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, selection, offering, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with users/hiring managers to understand recruitment needs, develop hiring strategies, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Source and build a high-quality talent pipeline through various recruitment channels such as LinkedIn Recruiter, JobStreet, Glints, campus hiring programs, and other sourcing platforms.
- Conduct candidate screening, interviews, psychological assessments, and candidate evaluations to identify talent that best matches the company's requirements.
- Prepare and manage all recruitment administration, onboarding documents, employee data, and personnel records while ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Maintain HR databases and prepare reports related to recruitment, employee data, and turnover to support business decision-making.
- Build and maintain partnerships with universities and other external institutions to strengthen employer branding and create a sustainable talent pipeline.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labor regulations, information security standards, and perform other HR and Talent Acquisition duties as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Management, Human Resources, Law, or a related field.
- Have experience as an In-house Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, Recruitment Consultant, or Headhunter.
- Proven experience in managing end-to-end recruitment processes across various positions.
- Proficient in using candidate sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, JobStreet, Glints, and other recruitment portals.
- Experience in administering and interpreting psychological assessments is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian labor regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing time effectively.
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to work effectively in a dynamic work environment.
