Role Description:
The Talent Acquisition & Partnership Supervisor is responsible for overseeing end-to-end recruitment activities and managing strategic partnerships with education institutions. The role involves strengthening employer branding, maintaining relationships with education partners, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations. The supervisor is expected to monitor recruitment metrics, provide regular reports, and continuously improve sourcing and selection strategies.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, selection
- Experience in Hiring and Interviewing, with the ability to assess candidate fit and support informed hiring decisions.
- Skills in Employer Branding, with the ability to promote TopKarir.Global’s value proposition to candidates and partners.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills to manage partnerships and stakeholder expectations.
- Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within hospitality industries.
- Knowledge of relevant labor regulations and ethical recruitment practices; attention to detail and high integrity.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Hospitality, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
