Job Descriptions:
• Conduct the end-to-end talent acquisition cycle from sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating until onboarding
• Utilize diverse recruitment sources, including social platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Jobstreet and other relevant platforms to build talent pools
• Run the employer branding strategy to enhance our company brand name
• Regularly create a creative and innovative content for LinkedIn, IG and Tiktok portal
• Participate in various HR-related activities projects, and initiatives
• Assist with other HR matters as required
Job Qualifications:
• Bachelor degree in Psychology
• At least 2 years experiences as Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding
• Experience using LinkedIn recruiter is a must
• Skill of editing and creating content (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, etc) is a plus
• Strong skill in Behavioral Event Interview
• Able to create an internal company content, including videos and images on various platforms
• Strong communication skill
• Agile, Dynamic, Flexible and Fun personality
