Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Recruitment & Performance, based in Yogyakarta. The role involves coordinating and managing recruitment processes, conducting candidate interviews, and overseeing the hiring lifecycle. Responsibilities also include employee onboarding, performance evaluations, implementing training programs, and fostering effective communication between management and staff to align organizational objectives with individual performance goals.
Qualifications
- Have 1–2 years of experience in Human Resources (minimum)
- Proven experience handling end-to-end recruitment process (from requisition to onboarding)
- Experience hiring for multiple roles/functions and able to handle 1–3 hires per month independently is preferred
- Understands basic performance management concepts
- Able to support development of simple performance frameworks
- Able to assist in developing basic learning programs
- Have a good & strong communication skills
- Willing to learn and grow into broader Human Capital responsibilities
- Proficient in Google Workspace / Microsoft Office (especially spreadsheets)
- Familiar with psychological test tools PAPIKOSTICK, Kraepelin and IST
