Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Fisiohome. The specialist will be responsible for full-life cycle recruiting, hiring, employer branding, interviewing, and overall recruitment activities to attract top talent (Tenaga Medis/Nakes Fisioterapis, Terapis Wicara, Perawat, & Internal office) to support the growth of the company.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Engineering, Psychology, Business, or related field
2. Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring skills (Important)
3. Having Mass Hiring experience is a plus point
4. Experience in creating employer branding strategies (Important)
5. Proficiency in conducting interviews and recruitment processes
6. Strong organizational and time management skills
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
8. Knowledge of the healthcare industry is a plus

Having experience in the health sector or hiring in the health sector is preferred 😁
