What we’re looking for:
- Female candidates, preferably domiciled in Jabodetabek
- D3/S1 (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree) from a relevant major
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources
- Proven experience in mass hiring (job posting, sourcing, screening, and interviewing)
- Experienced in candidate screening and selection processes
- Strong interest in Human Resources Management
- Proficient in using laptops and Microsoft Office
What you’ll do:
- Source household worker candidates (ART) through various recruitment channels
- Manage and oversee worker registration services
- Screen and interview candidates to ensure quality, suitability, and readiness for placement
- Support education and training programs through School of ART by Cicana
