We are looking for an experienced Systems/Software Engineer (Lead Programmer) to lead software development activities and contribute to enterprise technology projects.
📌 Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in a relevant field
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Lead Programmer
- Strong programming, system development, and problem-solving skills
- Experience leading or coordinating software development teams
- Able to translate technical requirements into effective software solutions
⭐ Preferred Qualifications
- Certification related to API Service Development
- Certification related to ISO 20022
- Experience in API service implementation
- Experience with DevOps practices and environments
- Experience working in banking, financial services, or enterprise environments is a plus
💼 Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate software development activities
- Design, develop, and maintain software applications and services
- Lead the implementation and integration of API services
- Review code and ensure development follows technical standards and best practices
- Collaborate with System Analysts, Developers, DevOps, and other technical teams
- Support testing, deployment, troubleshooting, and system improvements
- Ensure software solutions are delivered according to project requirements and timelines
