Job Requirement :
· Candidate must process at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering Computer or equivalent
· At least 4 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
· Hands-on experience of Linux (rhel) & Windows server installation & troubleshooting
· Hands-on experience of virtualization (ESX, Nutanix) product installation & troubleshooting.
· Hands-on experience in Server Clustering, Server Replication, Server Rollback, Automated Backup, Storage Management.
· Other related Technical Certification would be advantages.
Job Description :
· Responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems, network servers, and virtualization (patches.etc.)
· Install and upgrade computer components and software, manage virtual servers, and integrate automation processes
· Troubleshoot hardware and software errors by running diagnostics, documenting problems and resolutions, prioritizing problems, and assessing the impact of issues
· Provide documentation and technical specifications for planning and implementing new or upgrades of IT infrastructure
· Perform regular backup operations and implement appropriate processes for data protection, disaster recovery, and failover procedures
· Lead desktop and helpdesk support efforts, making sure all desktop applications, workstations, and related equipment problems are resolved promptly with limited disruptions
· Responsible for capacity, storage planning, and server performance
