Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a System Administrator or IT Infrastructure Engineer.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory (AD), and DNS.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server administration.
- Experience in server, storage, backup, and recovery management.
- Knowledge of VMware or Hyper-V is an advantage.
- Strong troubleshooting skills; leadership experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain servers, storage systems, and Windows Server environments.
- Administer Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory, and DNS services.
- Monitor system performance, availability, and security.
- Perform server maintenance, patching, backup, and recovery.
- Troubleshoot infrastructure issues and ensure system reliability.
- Maintain technical documentation and coordinate with IT teams.
- Lead or coordinate technical activities when required.
