Job Description:
Deploy, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Linux & Windows Server environments.
Monitor system, server, and network performance and handle technical incidents.
Support infrastructure across on-premise, virtualization, and cloud environments.
Perform basic automation/scripting and support Docker/Kubernetes environments.
Conduct troubleshooting, root cause analysis (RCA), and technical documentation.
Coordinate with related teams in handling infrastructure and system issues.
Requirements:
Strong hands-on knowledge of Linux and comfortable working with CLI.
Good understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, HTTP/HTTPS, Firewall).
Understanding of Windows Server, server management, and OS troubleshooting.
Good analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Good communication skills with English proficiency (written & spoken).
Experience with AWS/Azure/GCP and Docker/Kubernetes is preferred.
Basic Bash/Python scripting is a plus.
RHCSA certification is strongly preferred; CKA or Network certification is an advantage.
Open for Junior–Mid Level candidates who are willing to learn and work collaboratively.
