Responsibilities

Manage dan administrasi Microsoft 365 environment
Monitoring dan troubleshooting layanan : Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive
Manage user account, license, dan access
Implementasi security policy (MFA, Conditional Access, dll)
Support deployment & migration Microsoft 365

Requirements

Minimal pengalaman 2 tahun di bidang IT Infrastructure / System Engineer
Menguasai Microsoft 365 administration
Familiar dengan Azure AD / Entra ID, Active Directory, DNS, dan Windows Server
Memahami basic PowerShell menjadi nilai tambah
Memiliki kemampuan problem solving dan komunikasi yang baik
