Deskripsi pekerjaan System Engineer (Linux) PT Graha Karya Informasi

Job Description

  • Melakukan monitoring dan operasional harian server Linux.
  • Menangani troubleshooting dan incident handling level 1.
  • Melakukan administrasi dasar Linux (user management, service, filesystem, permission).
  • Melakukan health check, patching, dan maintenance server sesuai prosedur.
  • Berkoordinasi dengan tim L2/L3 untuk proses eskalasi.
  • Membuat dokumentasi dan update tiket sesuai standar operasional.

Job Requirements

  • Memiliki pengalaman sebagai Linux Engineer L1 minimal 1 tahun.
  • Berpengalaman dalam administrasi dan operasional Linux.
  • Familiar dengan RHEL, CentOS, atau Rocky Linux.
  • Memahami dasar Linux Administration dan troubleshooting.
  • Pernah mengikuti training Linux menjadi nilai tambah.
  • Sertifikasi Linux (RHCSA, LPIC, LFCS) menjadi nilai plus.
