We are looking for talented individuals for System Engineer L1

Requirements

- Education: Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

- Fundamental knowledge of Containerization (Red Hat OpenShift/OCP) and Cloud Infrastructure (Google Cloud Platform).

- Proficiency in writing and executing basic SQL queries for MySQL and Oracle databases.

- Basic understanding of API integrations and payment gateway workflows.

- Familiarity with monitoring tools (e.g., Dynatrace, Grafana, or GCP Monitoring).

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.

- Ability to perform basic Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for technical glitches.

- Excellent communication skills and a "team-first" attitude.

- Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.

- Willingness to work in a shift-based rotation if required.

Responsibilities

- Perform 24/7 real-time monitoring of application health and infrastructure performance.

- Act as the first point of contact for technical incidents, performing initial troubleshooting and resolution.

- Monitor and maintain payment transaction flows for EDC, QRIS, and mobile platforms to ensure zero downtime.

- Assist in the administration and maintenance of applications hosted on OCP (OpenShift) and GCP (Google Cloud Platform).

- Execute basic database tasks and performance checks on MySQL and Oracle environments.

- Document incident reports, operational procedures, and technical shifts logs accurately.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):

- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., Google Associate Cloud Engineer, Red Hat Certified Specialist, or ITIL Foundation).

- Knowledge of scripting languages (Bash, Python) for basic task automation.

- Prior experience or internship in the Fintech or Banking industry.
