We are looking for a new contributor to work and grow with us, a self-starter individual who is willing to take responsibilities and be an active part of the team. 

You need to be an experienced engineer on Linux System, Cloud Platform, and Networking as well.

General Day to day task, but not limited to:

•	Conduct research and exploratory studies to improve internal and customer systems, it related but not limited to: Linux Systems, Backup Systems, Cloud Systems (Public and On-premise), Logging and Monitoring Systems.

•	Maintain production system in an efficient way.

•	Collaborate with Multiple Product team from multiple countries.

•	Learn and Practice, we need this individual to grow to be an expert.

•	Provide assistance to end customers related to products.

•	BS/MS degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related subject with a minimum GPA of 3,0.

•	Basic knowledge requirements: Linux, storage, network, virtualization.

•	Desirable knowledge requirements: Openstack, Kubernetes, Cloud Computing (AWS, Alibaba, GCP), Cloud Platform Component(Compute, Storage, Network), Logging and Monitoring Systems (LOKI, Prometheus, Grafana, InfluxDB), Instance Migration, Git Operation, Diagramming, automation software exposure (e.g., Ansible, Terraform, Puppet, cfengine, Chef).

•	Knowledge of how application is deployed in highly available and scalable manner.

•	Proficiency to automated task through scripting or programming (shell, python, terraform, ansible).

•	Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge-sharing activities to educate internal teams on concepts, techniques, and best practices.

•	Fresh Graduate are Welcome. No work experience is required. But experience on the similar role is a plus.

•	Have industry certification is highly desirable (COA, LFCA, LFCS, CKA). If not, you will be required to take it in probation period.

•	Able to follow SOP, Well-structured Reporting and Well refined Documentation.

•	Able to work under pressure (e.g., in an event of emergency. Time Constrained Project, etc)

•	1 Years minimum contract and option for permanent position at any time based on performance.
