Deskripsi pekerjaan System Analyst PT. Quantic Inovasi Teknologi
1. Have bachelor’s degree from reputable university with education background from Computer
Science/Information Technology, Science & Technology, Business Studies/Management or
equivalent.
2. Have >4 years’ experience as System Analyst/Solution Analyst/Technical Analyst in banking
industry.
3. Have experiences in implementation of Contact Center applications (e.g., Genesys, Banking Chat (web chat, WhatsApp, etc.), Video Banking, etc.).
4. Familiar with Linux commands, Ms. SQL Server Database and MySQL Database.
5. Have experiences in agile project delivery.
6. Fluent in using Jira.
7. Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
8. Fluent in English.
