System Analyst
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced System Analyst to join our development team. This role requires a versatile full-stack engineer with strong backend expertise in Go and .NET, proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks, and proven leadership capabilities in mentoring junior engineers.
Requirement
● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
● Minimum 3 years of professional software engineering experience
● Strong proficiency in Go (Golang) and .NET (C#) as backend with production experience
● Experience designing and building RESTful APIs and microservices
● Understanding of backend architecture patterns and best practices
● Proficient in Vue.js and React.js as frontend with production project experience
● Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3
● Experience with state management libraries (Vuex, Redux, Pinia)
● Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
● Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
● Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
● Proven experience managing, mentoring, and developing junior engineers
● Strong code review skills and ability to provide constructive feedback
● Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
● Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
● Experience with Rust programming language is a plus
● Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus
Responsibilities
● Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services
● Build responsive and performant frontend applications
● Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
● Participate in architectural decisions and technical planning
● Conduct thorough code reviews and maintain code quality standards
● Mentor and guide junior engineers in their technical growth
● Lead technical discussions and knowledge-sharing sessions
● Work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders
● Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver features on time
● Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge base
