Deskripsi pekerjaan System Analyst Pt Itpreneur Indonesia Technology

Responsibilities:

  • Actively lead and manage end-to-end business requirement analysis, including validating user stories, clarifying ambiguities, and ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives.
  • Meet with business stakeholders across the organization to understand business processes, technical constraints, and data needs, and translate them into a comprehensive Functional Design Document (FDD)
  • Facilitate and lead review sessions with business users and management to validate functional design and provide recommendations for scalable and feasible solutions.
  • Develop, maintain, and validate system-level artifacts such as detailed process flows, system architecture diagrams, current vs. future state diagrams, and integration flow documents.
  • Work closely with the development team to ensure deliverables align with the approved functional design, including providing clarifications, refinement, and design validation throughout the development cycle.
  • Lead application testing efforts, including System Integration Testing (SIT), by preparing test scenarios, monitoring defect cycles, and driving resolution.
  • Drive and oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring users receive proper guidance, follow testing discipline, and that all feedback is resolved effectively.
  • Lead end-user training sessions and ensure training materials, user guides, and change impact documentation are clear and easy to understand.
  • Prepare, review, and maintain complete and accurate project documentation in accordance with company standards.
  • Manage post-production support activities, including issue monitoring, root-cause analysis, and stabilizing the system after go-live.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior analysts and act as a key advisor in analysis and implementation processes.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of breaking down complex business requirements into clear, actionable components.

  • Demonstrated leadership capability, including guiding teams, influencing decisions, and fostering cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field with a GPA > 3.00.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, System Analyst, or Functional Consultant.
  • Experience managing medium to large-scale projects, including system integrations and multi-stakeholder environments.
  • Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile/Scrum and/or Waterfall).
  • Excellent documentation skills, including the ability to produce FDDs, BRDs, and system process maps.
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal).
  • Dynamic, proactive, and result-oriented team player with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Willing to travel for business purposes and able to withstand long overland journeys.
  • Willing to be stationed at the customer site for several weeks or even months when required.
