Deskripsi pekerjaan System Analyst PT Pro Sigmaka Mandiri
Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
- Create project documentation (BRD, FSD, SRS, ERD, Process Flow, UAT).
- Collaborate with developers and stakeholders throughout the SDLC.
- Prepare test scenarios, test cases, and execute Functional Testing, SIT, UAT, and Regression Testing.
- Support testing activities and defect management.
- Support system implementation and continuous process improvement.
Requirements:
- Minimum D3 in Information Systems, Computer Science, Informatics Engineering, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a System Analyst or System Analyst & QA.
- Experience in Requirement Gathering, Business Process Analysis, BRD, FSD, SRS, ERD, and Process Flow.
- Hands-on experience in Manual Testing (SIT, UAT, Regression Testing).
- Experience in Palm Oil Plantation/Agribusiness and/or Edutech Services is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
