Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s in Informatics Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3+ years in IT system analysis or a related field.
- Completed training: Internalization, OJT program.
- Strong skills in programming, SDLC, UML, and RDBMS.
- Excellent logical thinking, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders and manage projects.
Responsibilities :
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into clear and structured system specifications
- Collaborate with stakeholders (users, product owners, and technical teams) to gather and clarify requirements
- Prepare documentation such as Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specification Documents (FSD), and process flow diagrams
- Conduct gap analysis between existing systems and proposed solutions
- Design efficient, scalable, and reliable system solutions aligned with business needs
- Work closely with developers and QA teams throughout the development and deployment process
- Review development outputs to ensure alignment with defined requirements
