Responsibilities
- Analyze, break down, and delegate development tasks to Developers
- Testing developed features or functions to validate that they are working as expected
- Ensuring development deadline and budget constraints are met
- Accountable for all software development phases (SDLC) to ensure on-time completion
- Responsible for managing simultaneous software development
- Analyze and create documents such as FSD and TSD
- Create a conceptual model and system specification
- Create mockup application, flowchart, Use Case, ERD
- Coordination with user internal and external
- Analyze technical specifications from client’s needs
- Create update report projectConduct Internal Test, SIT and UAT
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Computer Science/Information-Technology/Electro/Engineering/Mathematics/Physics/Science and Technology from reputable university.
- Preferable 3 years of working experience in the related position. Have been involved in an IT project with roles as Full Stack Developer for at least 5 years in total
- Experiences with some object-oriented languages (Full Stack): PHP, C#.Net, ReactJs, Phyton, API and TSQL (MySQL/SQL Server).
- Knowledge of SOAP/REST and XML/JSON
- Familiar with Unified Modeling Language (UML)
- Knowledge of state-of-the-art software develop technology
- Knowledge of Mobile and Web-based application and Database/Data Scheme Design
- Familiar with SDLC, Object-Oriented Design Patterns
- Experience in developing and/or design applications from scratch.
- Like to do coding/programming.
- Highly motivated with spirit to learn new things.
- Good attitude, commitment to work and good team player.
- Good problem solving, analytical and leadership skill.
- Ability to work independently or in a group.
- Able to manage people, task and deadline
- Ability to adapt and have flexibility within a high-growth organization
- Must be able to clearly communicate to product development stakeholders: Developers, Testers, Product Owners, Product Managers, Project team, Directors, etc
- Anticipate issues and act proactively to address potential issues serve as a subject matter expert
