Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field with minimum 3 years of experience as a System Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role.
- Experience handling complex systems, integrations, and enterprise applications, covering both project delivery and production support.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, system architecture, data flows, and business process modeling.
- Proven ability to produce FSD, BRD, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, Flowcharts, DFD, ERD, and System Diagrams.
- Hands-on experience with SQL or data analysis for validation and troubleshooting.
- Good understanding of API integrations (request–response behavior).
- Strong knowledge of software testing practices and defect management.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, with strong ownership and accountability.
- Proficiency in Chinese (reading, writing, and speaking) is required.
- Experience with Manufacturing, MOM, MES, or ERP systems is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Lead requirements gathering with business stakeholders and production users.
- Translate business needs into clear and testable FSD, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria.
- Conduct impact and gap analysis for enhancements, integrations, and change requests.
- Work closely with developers to clarify system logic, data flows, and integration behavior.
- Define testing approaches and prepare test scenarios and test cases.
- Support and oversee SIT, UAT, regression, and integration testing.
- Review defects, assess impact, and collaborate with the development team to prioritize fixes.
- Ensure delivered solutions meet business and operational requirements.
- Support deployment, post-implementation verification, and operational handover.
- Assist in production issue investigation and root cause analysis.
- Share system knowledge and analytical insights within the team.
