Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a System Analyst or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERD), and Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS).
- Proficient in writing and analyzing SQL queries, particularly using MySQL and Microsoft SQL Server.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Quick learner with strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to work both independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with Moodle LMS is an advantage.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications, including User Requirement Documents (URD) and Functional Specification Documents (FSD).
- Collaborate closely with the development team throughout the software development lifecycle to ensure requirements are accurately implemented.
- Review, validate, and support unit testing activities with developers.
- Design User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scenarios, coordinate UAT sessions with clients, and ensure successful requirement validation.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to the Project Manager.
- Act as the bridge between clients, business stakeholders, and the technical team to ensure successful project delivery.
Work Arrangement :
On-demand onsite visits may be required based on project or client needs.
