We are seeking a talented and experienced System Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing our enterprise-wide ERP system. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to understand business requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and ensure the successful integration and utilization of the ERP system. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business users, stakeholders, and IT teams to gather and document functional and technical requirements for the ERP system.
- Analyze existing business processes and identify areas for improvement, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and organizational goals.
- Design and configure the ERP system to meet specific business needs, including customizations, workflows, and integrations with other systems.
- Work closely with ERP implementation teams to oversee system installation, testing, and training activities.
- Develop and maintain system documentation, including process flows, data models, and system configurations.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for the ERP system, identifying and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in ERP systems and technology, and make recommendations for system enhancements and optimizations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a System Analyst, preferably with hands-on experience in implementing and supporting ERP systems.
- Strong understanding of ERP concepts, modules, and functionality (e.g., finance, supply chain, manufacturing, HR).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
