System Analyst

We are hiring a System Analyst to bridge business needs and technical solutions across our software development projects. In this role, you will gather and analyze requirements, translate business processes into clear system specifications, and collaborate closely with developers, designers, and stakeholders throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). You will also be responsible for producing structured documentation, supporting system integration requirements, and ensuring project deliverables align with business objectives and technical standards.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS :

1. Facilitate stakeholder discussions to bridge the gap between business goals and technical execution.
2. Analyze business processes and translate them into well defined system requirements.
3. Produce comprehensive documentation including TSD, Functional Specifications, and API Requirements.
4. Collaborate with developers and designers to ensure accurate implementation.
5. Maintain consistent project documentation throughout all SDLC phases.
6. Act as the primary communication bridge between technical and non-technical teams.

JOB REQUIREMENTS :

1. 1–3 years of experience as a System/Business Analyst or fresh graduates with a strong portfolio.
2. Able to independently produce TSD and Functional Specification documents.
3. Solid understanding of SDLC (Agile & Waterfall) and RESTful API concepts.
4. Proficient in system modeling using tools like draw.io, Lucidchart, or Figma.
5. Strong analytical and problem solving skills with high attention to detail.
6. Excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts to non technical audiences.
7. Proactive, adaptable, and able to work effectively in cross functional teams.
8. Solution oriented with a focus on on time delivery.
