Responsibilities
Conduct Business Requirement Analysis and gather user and business needs (BRD, FSD)
Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications
Participate in the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Support software and solution design aligned with business objectives
Analyze and improve existing business processes
Collaborate with developers, QA, and stakeholders using Agile ways of working
Assist in delivering innovative IT solutions to meet organizational needs
Requirements
Minimum Diploma (D3) degree from any major, with experience in IT
Minimum 1 year of experience as a System Analyst
Basic understanding of banking business flow or experience in banking IT
Proficient in Microsoft Office and SQL
Basic knowledge of system administration, programming languages, and applications
Familiar with:
Business Requirement Analysis
Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Software Design
Basic Solution Architecture concepts
Strong analytical and critical thinking skilL
Good verbal and written communication skills
