A leading technology solutions company is seeking a System Analyst to support the design and delivery of high-quality enterprise systems and digital solutions. This role focuses on translating business requirements into robust system designs and ensuring seamless collaboration between stakeholders and technical teams.The System Analyst will play a key role in analyzing business needs, defining system specifications, and supporting the full system development lifecycle to deliver scalable and reliable solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and document business and system requirements from stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational needs
- Design system specifications, architecture, and models to support application development
- Collaborate with developers, project managers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality system solutions
- Conduct system testing and validation to ensure performance, reliability, and functionality
- Provide ongoing system support and troubleshooting to enhance operational efficiency
- Prepare user documentation and training materials to support effective system utilization
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry best practices for continuous improvement
- Participate in meetings and workshops to gather feedback and identify system enhancement opportunities
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a System Analyst or in a similar role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in system analysis methodologies and relevant tools
- Experience in requirements gathering and system design
- Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies, Agile Mindset and Scrum Framework
- Experience working in Agile environments is an advantage
- Knowledge of programming languages and database management systems is a plus
- Understanding basic DevOps practices (CI/CD, monitoring, deployment)
