System Analyst
📍 Location: Bandung (Onsite at Client's Office)
📄 Employment Type: Contract Project-Based (6 Months)

Skills/Specific Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience in analyzing and implementing software/systems.
- Experience in designing software/systems.
- Preferably experienced in programming integrated software/systems.
- Preferably has experience in a similar role in pharmaceutical or manufacturing industry projects.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
Technical Requirements:
- Proficient in project planning, resource allocation, task, and backlog management.
- Experience in project monitoring using Project Management tools such as Jira, ClickUp, etc.
- Ability to collaborate with the development team to translate business needs into implementable technical specifications.
- Strong understanding of system analysis with robust programming skills to design, develop, and optimize efficient software solutions.
Job Description:
- Coordinate with users to gather software/system requirements.
- Conduct software/system analysis and design based on user needs and necessary improvements from existing (manual) processes.
- Develop the product backlog, prioritize user stories, and ensure project completion within the timeline.
- Ensure the entire team understands user requirements.
- Coordinate with the Project Manager to schedule meetings with users at each project phase.
