Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly analytical System Analyst to evaluate our existing systems, bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution, and produce high-quality technical blueprints for our engineering team.
Responsibilities:
1. System Audit & Analysis: Deep-dive into existing systems through code review, database schema inspection, and functional workflow analysis to identify gaps and optimization opportunities.
2. Requirement Elicitation: Collaborate with stakeholders to assess business needs and translate them into robust, scalable technical solutions.
3. Technical Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including System Requirements Specifications (SRS), Entity-Relationship Diagrams (ERD), API Contracts (Swagger/OpenAPI), and process flowcharts (UML/BPMN).
4. Knowledge Transfer: Facilitate seamless knowledge transfer and present technical architectures clearly to both developers and non-technical stakeholders.
5. Quality & Security Assurance: Ensure that the proposed system designs align with software engineering best practices, including data security and architectural scalability.
Requirements:
1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
2. Experience: Minimum of [Insert Years, e.g., 3+] years of proven experience as a System Analyst, Technical Business Analyst, or Backend Developer.
3. Technical Acumen: Strong capability to read and understand code logic, database queries (SQL/PostgreSQL), and system architectures.
4. Modeling Skills: Proficiency in using system modeling tools and notations (BPMN, UML, ERD, Data Flow Diagrams).
5. SDLC Knowledge: Solid working knowledge of modern software engineering processes and methodologies (Agile/Scrum, CI/CD awareness).
6. Soft Skills: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
7. Communication: Good teamwork, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively to diverse audiences.
8. Time Management: Proven ability to work under pressure, manage priorities, and deliver within tight deadlines.
Nice-to-Have (Optional but preferred):
• Familiarity with modern infrastructure and architectures (e.g., Microservices, Docker, Cloud environments).
• Understanding of Information Security principles in system design.
