JOB DESCRIPTION
Troubleshooting & Support:
- Act as the main PIC (Person in Charge) for handling technical system issues end-to-end, covering frontend devices, data transmission processes, databases, backend, and server infrastructure.
- Collaborate with the Product Engineering Division to analyze and resolve technical issues, including escalation if necessary.
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues.
System Improvement & Analysis:
- Analyze operational data and customer feedback to identify areas for system improvement.
- Provide system improvement recommendations from an operational and customer needs perspective to the Product Engineering Division.
- Implement monitoring tools and techniques to enhance system efficiency and reliability.
Knowledge Management & Documentation:
- Create Documention of troubleshooting processes, system configurations, and operational procedures.
- Create guides and training materials related to the system for internal teams.
- Manage the knowledge base to facilitate access to technical information.
REQUIREMENT :
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a System Analyst.
- Self-quick learner, fast adopter, and highly motivated individual.
- Ability to translate system solutions into UML diagrams (system architecture, sequence diagrams, use cases).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT projects; experience in banking/payment-related projects is a plus.
- Experience in system development based on Agile Methodology.
- Understanding of database systems (PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB).
- Strong time management skills for timely reporting of work results.
- Confidence, excellent communication skills, and strong analytical abilities.
