Job Description:
- Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements by collaborating with users, business stakeholders, and technical teams.
- Analyze existing business processes and translate business requirements into functional and system requirements.
- Create and maintain BPMN, UML, process flow, use case, and other system analysis diagrams to clearly document business processes and system functionalities.
- Develop functional specifications, system documentation, user guides, and other technical documents required throughout the system development lifecycle.
- Collaborate with UI/UX and development teams to translate requirements into effective system solutions and user interfaces.
- Create wireframes or prototypes using Figma when required to support requirement visualization and solution design.
- Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test preparation, coordination with users, issue tracking, and follow-up until resolution.
- Work closely with developers and other technical teams to clarify requirements and ensure solutions are implemented according to business needs.
- Conduct requirement validation, gap analysis, and impact analysis to identify potential risks and system improvements.
- Provide support during system implementation, deployment, and post-production activities.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, system demonstrations, and user training when required.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in System Analysis, Business Analysis, Functional Consulting, or related roles.
- Strong experience in requirements gathering and analysis.
- Proficient in BPMN and UML for business process and system modeling.
- Familiar with Figma for wireframing and prototyping.
- Experienced in UAT coordination and system implementation.
- Strong technical documentation and presentation skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
