Requirements Must Have

  1. Pendidikan: Minimum D3 sederajat jurusan IT.
  2. Pengalaman (diutamakan memiliki salah satu):
  3. NSOC / SOC / NOC / System Administrator: 1 tahun pengalaman kerja
  4. Pengelolaan Linux Server (Package Management, Bash Scripting, Cron, General Configuration).
  5. Analisis dan troubleshooting jaringan (SSH, Ping, Telnet, Tracing, Firewall).
  6. Pengamanan sistem (Server Hardening, Application Security).
  7. Administrasi dan pemantauan layanan Monitoring System, Policy, dan Alert.
  8. Pengelolaan DNS, SSL, VPN Server.
  9. Pengelolaan layanan Nginx, Apache, Kong
  10. Bersedia bekerja secara shifting

Requirements Nice To Have

  1. Kemampuan menggunakan Git untuk version control.
  2. Pengelolaan dan pemantauan Mail Server untuk memastikan kinerja layanan email.
  3. Pengelolaan dan pemantauan Docker untuk containerized applications.
  4. Pengelolaan dan pemantauan Container Orchestration seperti Kubernetes.
  5. Pemahaman tentang Database (MySQL, MongoDB) untuk mendukung troubleshooting dan analisis data.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Memastikan kesesuaian SLA (Service Level Agreement) dalam penanganan tiket, isu, dan insiden.
  2. Memantau, merespons, menangani, mencatat, dan mengeskalasi insiden serta isu operasional.
  3. Mengelola dan memantau sistem tiket untuk memastikan penyelesaian yang efisien.
  4. Mengelola, memelihara, dan memantau sistem Monitoring Server, Network, Database, Aplikasi, Bisnis & Uptime, serta Keamanan.
  5. Membuat dan mengelola manajemen Alert dan Policy terkait sistem monitoring.
  6. Mengelola akses VPN Server untuk keamanan jaringan.
  7. Mengadakan dan mengelola DNS & SSL untuk memastikan ketersediaan layanan.
  8. Mengelola dan memantau sistem Mail Server guna memastikan kelancaran komunikasi email perusahaan.
  9. Mencatat dan mengelola laporan operasional secara rutin.
  10. Membuat, memelihara, dan mengelola dokumentasi operasional untuk referensi dan audit.
  11. Berkolaborasi dengan seluruh anggota tim operasi untuk memastikan efisiensi kerja.
  12. Melakukan riset, pengembangan, dan perbaikan sistem baik yang baru maupun yang sudah ada.
