Install, configure, and maintain Windows and/or Linux server environments.
Monitor system performance, availability, and security to ensure optimal operations.
Perform routine system maintenance, patch management, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
Manage user accounts, access permissions, Active Directory, and system policies.
Implement backup, recovery, and disaster recovery procedures to ensure business continuity.
Monitor server health, storage, and system resources, and proactively resolve performance issues.
Collaborate with network, security, and infrastructure teams to support IT operations and project implementation.
Maintain technical documentation, system configurations, and operational procedures.
Ensure compliance with IT security standards, policies, and best practices.
Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve system-related incidents and support infrastructure improvements.
