Job description:
1. You will join the Data and Analytics team who are responsible for developing, maintaining, and supporting the data and analytics platforms and systems.
2. You will help tackle a range of complex software and data challenges, including big data, data warehousing, advanced analytics, business intelligence and data governance.
3. You will help to implement, maintain and support shared data platforms and bespoke analytical systems exploiting cutting-edge technologies and modern software development practices.
4. Participating in the creation and execution of data governance, including message design, schema validation, and versioning
5. Working with developers from other business unit technical teams to assist them in implementing functional solutions using Kafka
6. Working with networks, data center, and infrastructure teams to optimize hardware solutions for the installation of Kafka
Requirements:
1. 1- 3 years experience as a System Administration with Kafka experience or relevant experience
2. Graduate from reputable higher education institution
3. Passion in coding
4. Respectful, empathetic and a team player
5. Part of a professional team that successfully deliver a streaming solution
6. Experience designing secure and stable Kafka platforms.
7. Physical deployment of infrastructure across multiple environments.
8. Optimization and tuning of Kafka plant for peak performance.
9. Standards and patterns development for Kafka usage.
10. User guide development and training overviews for supporting teams.
11. Provide troubleshooting and best practices methodology for development teams.
12. Design monitoring solutions and baseline statistics reporting to support the implementation.
