About Us

We are seeking an experienced Symfony Developer with a strong background in PHP development and scalable web applications. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the technical excellence of our products. Your expertise in Symfony, database optimization, and API integrations will be key to your success.
Job description
- Design and implement websites using PHP, Symfony, and related technologies.
- Develop and maintain high-quality web applications using Symfony (versions 2-6).
- Work with REST APIs, caches, and relational databases to ensure smooth integrations.
- Optimize database queries and work with MySQL to ensure high performance.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.
- Test code, identify and fix errors to ensure high-quality output.
- Utilize version control systems like Git (GitLab/GitHub/Bitbucket) for efficient development workflows.
- Implement unit tests to ensure the reliability of code and system components.
- Collaborate with project managers, designers, and other developers to define project requirements.
- Troubleshoot and debug applications, ensuring high availability and scalability.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest PHP and Symfony advancements to drive innovation.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience as PHP Developer.
- May require experience with the highest versions of PHP and Symfony.
- Knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and design patterns.
- Experience working with REST APIs and relational databases.
- Practical knowledge of relational databases (MySQL).
- Proficient in SOLID code principle
- Knowledge of Docker, Vagrant, WAMP, LAMP, and Ubuntu.
- Familiarity with Git version control (GitLab/GitHub/Bitbucket).
- Experience with caching mechanisms such as Memcache/Redis.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to optimize performance for large-scale applications.
- Experience writing unit tests to ensure software quality.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
- Ability to work on-site (WFO) in Sleman, Yogyakarta.
