At Sparks Sports Academy, we specialize in creating vibrant sports and activity centers designed to captivate children beyond the confines of schooling. We're looking for Swimming Coach (Full Time) to ensure a dynamic and enriching experience for every young participant!
Location: Kalimalang
Job Overview:
- Plan and conduct swimming lessons for infants, toddlers, and children aged 6 months - 7 years old.
- Evaluate students' skills and provide tailored instruction based on their abilities and goals.
- Communicating with parents about the child's progress and providing regular progress reports of students' skill development.
- Create and execute training programs aligned with the swimming school's established curriculum.
- Developing basic swimming skills, water confidence, and essential safety skills.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience coaching children's swimming.
- Hold a diploma or bachelor's degree in sports or related fields.
- National or international swimming coach certification and/or first aid certification.
- Certification in baby swimming coaching.
- Certified in water safety/safety training or CPR (preferred).
- Disciplined, honest, and responsible.
- Able to work in a team and communicate effectively with both children and parents.
